What is Pickline?+
Pickline is a Software-as-a-Service platform that helps friends and family create private groups around sporting events, engage through leaderboards, and follow events together for personal entertainment and social interaction.
How does Pickline make money?+
Pickline operates on a freemium subscription model. The platform is free to use, and revenue comes exclusively from optional annual subscriptions that increase account capacity — such as the number of groups you can join and the size of groups you manage.
Does Pickline process payments between users?+
No. Pickline does not facilitate financial transactions between users, process user-to-user payments, or provide financial services. Any informal arrangements between group members happen outside the platform.
How do I create a group?+
Open the app, tap "Create pool," pick an event, name it, choose scoring rules, and share the invite link or code with friends and family.
How do I join a group?+
Open the invite link your friend shared. New groups may require the host to approve your request before you can participate.
When do predictions lock?+
Predictions lock automatically at kickoff (or tip-off, green flag, match start). You can edit your picks any time before that.
How is scoring calculated?+
By default, you earn 3 points for an exact score and 1 point for predicting the correct outcome (win/draw/loss). Group creators can customize these values.
Is Pickline free?+
Yes. Pickline is free to use. Optional paid subscriptions are available when you need higher group and member limits.
Which sports are supported?+
Soccer (World Cup, Liga MX, MLS, Premier League, and more), NFL, NBA, MLB, NASCAR, and tennis.
How do I delete my account?+
Send us an email at support@pickline.app and we'll delete your account and personal data within 30 days.
